Briary Cottage offers four star self-catering accommodation with spectacular views. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. It is laid out at ground floor level except for a double bedroom which is upstairs in the octagonal tower overlooking the sea. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom with zip and link facility (which makes a king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom, overhead shower, basin and WC, a separate walk-in shower-room with basin and WC, a utility room with washing-machine and tumble-dryer and a spacious sitting-room with dining area and wood-burning stove. The sitting-room has a picture window which gives a magnificent view of the Solent.
The cottage has a secluded raised terrace at the side of the property and there is a second terrace at the front of the cottage with open sea views together with a lawn where guests can relax. (The garden is not formerly separated from that of Briary Lodge which is occupied by the owners of the cottage). A private gravel path leads directly from the esplanade to the cottage.

Briary Cottage operates a no-smoking policy and we regret we are unable to take pets.
Change-over day is Friday. The cottage is available from 5.00 pm on the day of arrival and guests are requested to leave by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
